My story continues today where it started: right here on the Westbank. I crossed the river, earned my bachelor’s in psychology from UNO and graduated in 2008. Having developed both research and clinical interests, I began the formally accredited marriage and family therapy program in 2010 at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

After earning my master’s in marriage and family therapy, I returned to the GNO area. New Orleans is always calling us home! Since then, life has encouraged me to develop not only my clinical skills, but also my professional experience as a business owner and process consultant.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Louisiana, I provide systemic couple, family, individual, and child therapy both in person and virtually.

My clinical interests are attachment-based couples therapy and relationships in small businesses. I have received training for providing marriage and family therapy utilizing telehealth and security is a priority for me when working with clients virtually and/or in person.

When I’m not working with couples and families in therapy or continuing to develop my systems therapy tool box, I enjoy spending precious time with my husband, creating crafts, cooking, and dining my way through the Big Easy.
